Question : Recent CT heat showed probable mild chronic microvascular ischemic gliotic change in the white matter of the cerebral hemispheres.
Recently I have been having headaches, some forgetfulness and often when speaking I use the wrong words - the words are not related to what I intend to say but are the same length or start with the same letter that I intended to say.
Have no energy -
What could be my problem or what should I look at for a solution?

I can notice that you are taking DEXILANT & PRILOSEC, both are equally effective and are used for same indication- the dyspepsia and adding them does not solve any purpose so drop one of them flush.
Your brain CT findings are suggestive of long standing and poorly controlled hypertension and age related problems.
Your forgetfulness may be due to disease or it may be just a senile forgetfulness if you are beyond 60 years.
You should concentrate on controlling the blood pressure, have regular exercises and balanced diets.
