Hi AAAAA
Thanks for posting your query.
There are 15-20 types of headache have been defined but the exact diagnosis is made on the basis of history.
What is the type of headache?
Is it unilateral or bilateral?
Do you have running nose and tearing from eyes?
Do you have any associated symptoms such as vomiting/ nausea and fever?
Is there any aggravating factors such as lack of sleep, increased after exposure to light?
Although most common type of headache is migraine but your history is suggestive of Temporal arteritis.
In temporal arteritis, patient may have severe headache, increased ESR, increased platelets.
There may be possibility of headache due to increased blood pressure.
You should again consult with your treating doctor and should go for CRP, thyroid profile.
You should take medicines for control of your blood pressure.
Treatment of temporal arteritis include steroids. You should take on written prescription.
Put your views if any.

Hi

Thank You for your 1st reply. Additional infos, I live in BKK, Thailand. I've been suffering with these unexplainable sickness almost 2 years and it gets very worse about a week ago. I have further questions, also response to your concern :

What is the type of headache?
At 1st it occurs only right side of my head esp, the back of my head. But just about a week ago it becomes both sides near my forehead, more on the left. Further more, it's effect directly to my central nerve system. I lost sense of touching, not entirely but less and less more like numbness.

Do you have running nose and tearing from eyes?
My right eyes have running tears all the time, running and bleeding(occasionary) sometimes it blocks my nose with blood clots.

Do you have any associated symptoms such as vomiting/ nausea and fever?
Yes, vomitting/nausea all the time even more when eat something. But wierdly since I was born, I never have a fever!!!!

Is there any aggravating factors such as lack of sleep, increased after exposure to light?
Yes. Due to the irritate of severe headache, lack of sleeping is my best friend. Ofcuz, don't mention to even expose to a bit of artificial light, i can not go outside at all during the day, my eyes will close automatically.

I was suspected of having Lymes disease???
My US friend told me that my symtom very close to this disease but in Bkk no doctor recon this.

Becz of possitive MRI results with nothing wrong, No doctors here are helping to stop my pain and tell me i got mentality problem instead

I am very frustrated and hopeless. Sometime wanna end my own life. No one understand me that I'm in real pain not mentality. Please guide me if you have any suggestion would save my life.

Hi XXXXXXX
Your history for headache is suggestive of Temporal arteritis with chances of associated migraine.
Do you have history of fever with skin rash?
Although your history is not suggestive of Lyme's disease while you should go for serology antibody test for Lyme's disease.
You should convey your feelings with your treating doctor and don't get depressed.
Any chronic illness doesn't mean end of life.
You should take following medication on written prescription: Tablet Prednisolone, sumantriptan, propranolol, flunarizine, amitrytiline, divalproex.
Take care and keep hope for faster recovery.
