Headache On The Right Side Of Head. What Could Cause This?

Question: Most mornings for the last couple of weeks i have woken up with a slight headache on the right side of my head on my temple - wondering what could cause that and what to do about it - many thanks - XXXX

There could be various reasons for having temple headache.

The common ones are:

Rise in blood pressure
Rise in blood sugar
Stress,Anxiety,In adequate sleep
Migraine
Some issues down the line like jaw problems etc.
Tension headache-muscular headache

Try to look for possible cause your self and see if you can fix it up.

Other wise visit your Take plenty of liquids
Take proper sleep
Avoid watching TV in late evening.
Keep light on your stomach in evening
