Target heart rates 60 to 80
Detailed Answer:
Dear sir/madam
Welcome to healthcare magic
Heart rate may vary with some physiological and pathological states for example when you do exercise or stressful physical work to XXXXXXX the oxygen requirement of our body.
Heart rate 64 beats per minute is normal and there is nothing to worry about it. It should stay between 60 to 80.
It should be regular in intensity all the time.
It should not be same all the time. Sleep decreases the heart rate. Physical activity increases the heart rate.
Bradycardia (low heart rate) is evaluated if no cause present or it has symptoms. You can get tread mill test TMT testing done and check for increase and decrease in heart when Subjected to stress
Dont worry.
Thanks
