The details are insufficient to provide an opinion / treatment. I would like to know
1. how long do you or the patient have the heel pain?
2. does it hurt to walk / bear weight?
3. do you notice any physical changes on the skin/sole?
4. Is there any swelling around the heel?
5. Is the pain on both side or one side?
6. does the patient have history of any known medical condition like diabetes, high blood pressure; thyroid?
