Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome to "Ask a Doctor"service.
I am Dr Ajeet XXXXXXX

I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.

The symptoms you are experiencing might be due to the residual irritation caused by the volatile agents present in spray paint.
The fumes from these types of paints can irritate your eyes, nose, or throat.
Usually, the Irritation goes away when we go out into fresh air. and the volatile agent gets excreted out via the expired air.
You can wah your lips with soap and water,do mouthwash and have cold milk to neutralise any residues.
Deep breathing in fresh air would help.
If the sensation persists;kindly consult your clinician.

Hope that I have answered your query. If you have any doubts, please let me know.

Stay healthy and stay blessed.
Regards.
