Question : Hello 47 year old women wanting to know the following I am still menstrating some months normal some months light but I noticed that before I come in and after I am itchy I also always wear a pant liner I don’t have any discharge or discomfort had a pap last year came back inconclusive my dream said could be hormonal

Considering your age ,you are now in a transition period .perimenopausal period.meaning that period before reaching menopause.
However it may be wise to get an ultrasound scan if there is any doubt.
If itching is only before and after it may not be due to any infection.

Hello yes it seems to be a week before ans a week after also no discharge or foul smell or anything abnormal can it be dry ?
I understand it can be hormonal as well but I am not due to see my go till next week should I apply cream or is there something I can do can the pantyliner be causing this as well

since there is no foul smelling discharge nothing to worry.
moisturizer cream can be applied outside. Antifungal or steroid cream should not be applied without direct check up.
