                                    Brief Answer:
Regarding skin rashes and desquamation in groin
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and viewed the image.
There seems to be chaffing or dry skin coming off at the sites of red spots and nearby areas. This could be either post-inflammatory desquamation from previous folliculitis or a fungal infection. Do you have itching? This doesn't look like any STD.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.

thanks for your response. Yes it does seem to have been dry skin as after effects from folliculitis or fungal infection as it has cleared up and disappeared already after just a few days.
