Hello, Background: I Have Spaces In My Front Tooth Due

Question: Hello,
Background:
I have spaces in my front tooth due to lack of 2 lateral tooth(which are not there from childhood)
I visited to doctor in XXXXXXX one year back and had braces to move my canine tooth to lateral position since i need original tooth to front profile. Doctor suggested me to wait to create a proper space , then can decide to go for implant or any other solution.
I don't have followup from almost 6 months due to covid and i'm staying in hometown now.
I have informed to my doctor saying i may not come to XXXXXXX for another 1year so wanted to continue my treatment in hometown but here met couple of doctors suggesting for bridge treatment(which im not ok to spoil original tooth) nor starting brace treatment again.
Question : I'm attaching my OPG of last year and recent one. Please suggest me can i go for implant of 2 tooths with created space ?

Brief Answer:
Less space is present for implant. Dental veneers treatment option.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for consulting Ask a doctor service.
This is Dr. Priyanka tiwari answering your query.

I have read your query and gone through the opg xrays you have attached. As far as i have observed you do not enough space for implant placement. Proper space is needed for implant and crown placement.

The treatment plan for your case can be smile designing with Dental porcelain veneer (in this treatment process, a dentist will typically remove a small amount of enamel, which is the thin protective outer covering of the teeth, and place porcelain veneer) or another treatment option can be with a fixed bridge.

If possible Can you upload the picture of your front teeth? I want to see clinically the space present in between your teeth,

Awating for pictures to comment further.

Hope this will help you.

Brief Answer:
Less space for implant treatment. Veneers or fixed bridge.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

I have reviewed the pictures you have attached. Less space is present between the canine and premolar teeth. Space present is not sufficient for implant treatment.

Treatment option I will suggest you to are either close your space is porcelain veneer of anterior teeth or fixed bridge. In both the treatment option you have to go for a reduction of your natural teeth. The difference is in veneer less reduction of natural teeth (enamel reduction)is done and in the fixed bridge, more reduction is done - it involves the reduction of enamel and slightly dentin reduction.

Hope this will help you.
If you have further queries I will be happy to help.
