Brief Answer:
You may need to meet a gynaecologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I don't think the pain in urethra you are having may be related to lower back issues.
You should do an urine analysis and uroculture to check for infection. Also you should do a vaginal smear to check for genital infection. You can tell me if you have done this tests and what we're the results. Also you should do an ultrasound to get checked for stones in bladder which can cause this.
Also a cystoscopy can be done to examine you further.
If the urologist says that there is nothing to worry in this tests then you should meet a gynaecologist to check you.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
Visit a gynaecologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and welcome back. If the urological tests are negative then you may need to meet a gynaecologist to get tested for infections. Not only STD can cause these symptoms. You need to get examined physically in order to check outside organs an also do vaginal secretions smear.
Visit a gynaecologist.

Brief Answer:
Pap smear and secretions smear needs to be done.

Detailed Answer:
I think she should have done a pap smear, vaginal smear and hpv test.
Also a colonoscopy should be done if she sees it reasonable.

Hello again

I had pap everything was normal
doctor
Answered by Dr. Olgeta Xhufka (5 hours later)
Brief Answer:
Only a gynecological issue.

Detailed Answer:
It is quite a good news that pap smear was OK. I can imagine any other issues rather than a gynecological issue since neurologist and urologist say that you are completely normal and the symptoms can't be caused by urological or neurological problems.
