Detailed Answer:

Hello Mr XXXXXXX
Thank you for your query.
I understand your concern.
I very unlikely that your symptoms are related to covid.
Most likely they are related to anxiety which is known to cause dry throat.
Worthwhile getting an endoscopy done to rule out the cause of acidity and reflux which can cause worsening of acidity as well as throat irritation.
Take sompraz d 20 regularly for 4 weeks and follow anti reflux measures as i had mentioned you.
also take etilam for 15 days daily half in morning and 1 at night under medical supervision and see how you feel if your symptoms improve with both these medications then can check with your gastroenterologist about few medications like from SSRI group which can be taken long term to control symptoms and are safe and non habit forming.
Yes zycolchin is known to cause diarrhea.
Some times allergy can cause throat irritation dryness so check with your ent doctor if anti histaminics like allegra will help you too.
Increase fluid intake and avoid frequent forceful clearing of your throat as it will increase your symptoms further.
Hope this answers your query.
Wish you a speedy recovery.
