Question: Hello Doctor,

Happy New Year!
I am reaching out to get your inputs on my thyroid test - reports of which are attached. Once test conducted in August and one yesterday. Please advise.

I exercise regularly for 30 minutes, don't have much junk food (next to none actually) and am in an IT job - in case you need information on my daily lifestyle.

I take one thyronorm tablet 150 mcg daily after waking up first thing. Tayo Cholecalciferol 60k tablet (once a month) is also another one I am taking.

dear XXXXXXX both your reports are almost same. you need to reduce the dose a little. let us make it thyronorm 125 mcg /day for next 6 weeks and then repeat the test.
