Question : Hello Doctor I am 35 years old and I have these red pimples with some black spots on my thighs on the inner side. There is no itching or pain. Images are attached for reference

Acneform eruption, capsule doxycycline & benzoyl peroxide 2.5 percent gel

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it seems to be an acneform eruption.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take an antibiotic like capsule doxycycline 100 mg once daily at bedtime and apply benzoyl peroxide 2.5 percent gel on the affected areas twice daily for 4 weeks.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
