Question : Hello Doctor, I am Pranav, studying in Australia on student visa. I have certain ongoing symptoms for which I needed a consultation.
Last year (around September) I had an unprotected intercourse with a girl whose medical history I was unaware about. I had few weeks of relation and couldn%E2%80%99t figure any medical concerns with her.
After few weeks of intercourse I developed itchy and burning sensations down below the abdomen and my genital area. Some days pass by with same irritation and itchiness. After few weeks of washing and taking care intensively that burning sensation was gone. After few weeks, later in November, one day I felt excessive pain in my scrotum for about 1-2 days. I had a pain killer at that time, and it was fine after few days. But after that (from mid November) I noticed a heavy lump in my scrotum, which after few days became coil like structure inside the scrotum. I couldn%E2%80%99t get a check up or consultation due to workload. 6 months has passed by, and now I have a small lump inside my scrotum along with have started developing warts on my genital area(black and bigger than moles).
After online research what I could sense is that I developed Chlamydia first which transformed to be Epididymitis.
I have started worrying and couldn%E2%80%99t find a doctor due to cronovirus situation. Seeking help and consultation for the antibiotics and asking whether it could be treated and how much to worry and what%E2%80%99s at stake.
