Question: Hello Doctor, I am Rukmani, 37 yrs old. I'm having neck, shoulder pain from 25th. The pain was severe for the first few days. It was there in Neck, shoulders and sometimes near chest. But now its reduced and manageable. But at times the side of the neck is paining and ita lasts for few seconds or mins. Sometimes both sides of necks pains. I would like to get rid of the pain completely. Thank you.
