Brief Answer:
Please refer to the detailed answer below

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

After going through all your medical records I would like to tell you that yes there is slight derangement in your lipid profile and can easily be controlled with the help of healthy lifestyle modifications.

These includes
1. Brisk walk daily for at least 45 mins a day for minimum 5 days weekly.

2. Avoid saturated fat containing stuff like ghee, butter. Fried and oily food stuff.

3. Increase the intake of fibre and protein rich food.

4. Consume plenty of water daily and avoid caffeine containing drinks.

5. Take dinner at least 2 hours before sleep.

Follow this routine strictly for at least 1 month and then repeat your lipid profile.

Kind Regards
