Question : Hello Doctor,
I have bad stomach for past a few days. Although I have been eating clean.
I don't have diarrhea but motions are not regular ( 2-3 time a day) with bloated stomach too.
Can I take Norflox-400?

Hi,

I don't think you should start antibiotic especially when there is no loose stools.

I would instead try probiotic such as tab sporolac thrice daily for 3-4 days along with acid lowering drugs like tab pantoprazole + domperidone twice daily before food. You can get these medicines prescribed by your doctor.

Drink plenty of fluids and take lots of fruits and vegetables.

If the problem persists, visit your local doctor for clinical evaluation.
