Brief Answer:
Go for surgery.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Thanks for choosing "Ask a Doctor " service for your query dear patient,
Have seen your reports of MRI as well as CA 125,
Firstly CA 125 had a sensitivity of 69%, a specificity of 87.8%.So its much inferior test if compared to MRI.
Her cysts are hemorrhagic and is continuously increasing in size which is very likely a sign of malignancy.
I would suggest you to follow the advice of your surgeon and to get the ovary removed. After removal it could be send for biopsy to find out if it was benign or malignant.
As she is now i guess some what in seventees/eightees (as mentioned on mri paper) role of uterus is very limited therefore doctor has suggested complete removal.

If she was my patient i would have advised her the same.As saving one ovary has no use at her age rather patient would be at risk of future malignancy.

Go for surgery.

Hope i was helpful,
Follow ups are welcome,
Thank you.
