Question : Hello Doctor, I see that there are some rashes developed all across my upper body recently and I get scratches on them intermittently request to check the pictures attached and prescribe thanks, XXXXXXX

I have gone through your query and noted your concern.

Itchy rashes on upper trunk could be either part of an eczematous rash or it could be due to a superficial fungal infection or a hypersensitivity. Unfortunately I have not received the pictures of rashes. I request you to kindly upload images of the affected area in "Reports Section" so that I am able to have a look and guide you accordingly.

Hope to assist you further once I get the images.
