Question : Hello Doctor, My daughter aged 12 yrs. got some kind of fungal infection on her feet and it's slowly spreading. Attached pictures of both the legs. Suggested to use below medicine for couple of days. FOURDERM CREAM ATARAX 10 MG TAB DECDAN TAB Please advise. Thank you.

I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photograph.
Fourderm cream is not indicated in fungal infection.
It contains a steroid which will worsen fungal infection.
