Brief Answer:
Infected eczematous dermatitis
Detailed Answer:
Thank you.
I have reviewed the images. Doesn't seem like a fungal infection. It seems like infected eczematous dermatitis.
I suggest her to take an oral antibiotic e.g Tab cefadroxil 250 mg (e.g Tab. Droxyl Clav), twice daily for a week. In addition she may put a topical steroid and antibiotic combination cream e.g Momate-f cream, twice daily for 2 weeks. In addition she may take Tab. cetrizine 5mg once a day for symptomatic relief from itching.
take care
let me know if you need any more assistance
