                                            Question : Hello Doctor,
My recent health report shows that my HbA1C level is 5.7 % of total Hgb.
My sugar level always been very will controlled and this is the first time, it shown at maximum range.
I have always followed controlled diet and workout 4/5 days a week.
I would really appreciate if you could answer a few of my queries:
1) Could overeating sweets and high-fat diet for 2/3 months can cause it? As I got sloppy from Oct till Dec as far as healthy eating is concerned
2) Can I replace sugar with stevia? or any other form of sweetener you may recommend
