Question : Hello Doctor
My wife age 25. She is getting mensus pain before 10 days of her period.(Right after the fertility period is over in a cycle)
and it will last till period ends
Is there any thing we need to worried about?
How can she get rid of that pain ?

Hi thanks for posting the query

Menstrual pain is around 2-3 days before the periods is normal. I suggest you get USG done once. If no abnormality is found then she can take Tab. Primarose 1 tablet every day for around 3 months.
