Question: Hello Doctor,
My wife aged 39 years have gone through health check up and reports are attached for your perusal.
I want to mention some points here regarding her life style and known health issues-
1.     She is 150cms tall with body weight 56kgs
2.     She is having irregular bowel movement due to severe constipation.
3.     She has to take laxatives to ensure motion.
4.     Two years back she was diagnosed with issue of prolapsed uterus
5.     She suffers from migraine when exposed in sun light for long.
I want to understand her reports if they are pointing towards some health issues specifically anaemia, pancreatic issues, cardiac risk or some other nutrient’s deficiency. Please review her reports and suggest further course of action to overcome and please do suggest if she needs to go for some other tests or consultations.
regards
doctor

Brief Answer:
She is not anaemic

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I saw all the reports in detail.
Her Haemoglobin is 12.1gms.She is not anemic.
Her Serum Amylase and Lipase levels are slightly elevated. It is not of much concern. If they are above 1000,then Pancreatitis can be considered. There is no need for further investigations for Pancreas as of now.If you have any doubt, you can get a Ultrasound abdomen.
There are no investigations which are showing cardiac risk.
All the vitamins , nutrients are nearly normal.
As per your description, you wrote that she is having constipation. At the age of 39, it's better not to use laxative. She should take high fiber diet.Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. She should drink plenty of liquids. With these dietary modifications, she can have normal soft stool.
Nothing to worry.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions,I will clarify further.
Wish you good health
Regards
