Question : Hello Doctor, My wife was prescribed a Triple marker test. We got it done accordingly at 14 weeks 1 day of pregnancy. Nuchal Transparency in TIFFA scan was 1.7. The values in the Triple marker test appear to be normal except for the MOM for uE3 at 2.77. Reference range states that it is high risk if the value is greater than 2.5. Does that mean some sort of abnormality of the baby? Please suggest what can be done in this situation. Please help us understand these reports. We are nervous and need an expert advice. Values lower than 0.5 MoM can indicate possible chromosomopathy of chromosomes 21, 13 or 18

Your wife's results has 2.77.
Need not be worried.
But kindly have a regular follow up with your gyneacologist. And have there opinion once.
