Question : Hello Doctor, Sometime I am getting pinching sensation on left side of the breast. It comes around, roughly 5 times a day with random timing. I do feel the same even at right side breast, but around 1 a day. the pinching sensation don't stay any longer time, it just comes and goes. I think if the frequency is same from my last period cycle. last time I went a gynaecologist and she checked and said there is nothing lump or anything. I also find the left one is a bit bigger than the right one. Currently I am using 34 D. Sometime back I was getting pain at the middle of the chest and aider the rib line, but after drinking some more water, that pain is not coming any more. please suggest, what I should be doing next. Size variation is normal, need not worry

Get an ECG done once to rule out any cardiac cause as it is on the left side of the chest.

Some times gastritis do cause similar symptoms.

Take Tab. Rabekind DSR twice a day before food for 5 days. (Available on prescription)

If ECG comes to be normal then need not worry, do regular exercise and have balanced food.

Any issue do follow up
