Brief Answer:
Could be due to chicken pox
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for using the Ask a Doctor service.
I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. I have checked the attached images. It seems that the rashes are fluid filled and in that case it could be due to chicken pox. If that is the case, it is contagious and needs isolation. You should take her to a baby doctor (paediatrician).
You may give some antiallergic like Cetirizine Drops (or possibly better ones like Atarax (hydroxizine) which is a prescription medicine) in case the child complains of itchiness. You also need to apply some emollient like calamine lotion or some moisturizer like aloe vera lotion over those areas.
Let me know if I could help further.
Regards

Doc, we are taking her to Hospital in XXXXXXX But she doesnt have any fever, eating well, not cranky at all. at peace . Can chickenpox happen like this or its a plain rash ?
Brief Answer:
It could be simple boils as well. But needs to be checked clinically
Detailed Answer:
It could be a simple rash but the appearance on the images looked like that it is vescicular (fluid filled) with erythematous base (red base) which could be indicative of chicken pox. A closer look is needed. It could be due to a bacterial infection but it did not look like that on the images.
