Question : Hello Doctor, as you can see from attached images recently i have been developing dark circles around my eyes as well a black patch on my forehead and there is a heavy pigmentation to the lower end of my forehead. please suggest medications and what should i need to avoid this

Hello,

Unfortunately I have not received any images. I request you to kindly upload a few images of the affected areas in Reports Section so that I am able to have a look and guide you better.
For dark circles I suggest you to use a Retinol and Vitamin K based cream e.g Yugard eye cream, every night for a few days.

Hope to assist you further once I get the images of the forehead.
