Brief Answer:
Please refer to detailed information below

Detailed Answer:
Hello

After reviewing all the report images attached by you I would like to tell you that all your reports are more or less within normal limits except for a slight derrangment of lipid profile and vitamin d levels which are mainly related with our lifestyle routine.

So lifestyle modification by adopting health lifestyle is required.

Next step includes

1. Healthy diet with no junk food
2. No smoking or drinking (if there)
3. Daily brisk morning walks for 45 mins a day for 5 days a week.

Feel free to ask if you have any more doubts.

Kind Regards
Dr Bhanu Partap
