Hello Doctor.I Have Two Questions.1)Does Dove Soap Causes Face Darken
Question: Hello Doctor.I have two questions.1)Does dove soap causes face darken If my face is oily skin type?(bathing Purpose) 2)which is the effective way to clean hands after using toilet. (feces/ poop) i have been using margo soap since childhood but the problem is my face is oily skin and my the rest of the body is dry skin so it works very well on my face but my body is very dry. so I had to stop using margo soap and shifted to dove soap finally it works very well on my body and little bit darken compare to previous (i don't know is it my assumption or truth but i feel it).That is why i'm asking query does dove soap good soap or not good. does it make my face darken? Or it just a myth ? one of doctors suggested use aknaybar soap. can i use aknay bar soap safely without any side effects or shall i continue dove soap which is better? Coming to next question after using toilet(pooping) firstly i wash my hands with normal soap(Pears) then wash my hands mircoshiled hand rub(CHLORHEXIDINE GLUCONATE based). my question is instead of two times like soap then after hand rub is there any just one method foam based hand wash (liquid soap) CHLORHEXIDINE based?.Could you explain clearly sir?

Let me assure you that Dove is good and effective and unlikely to cause darkening of skin. You can feel free to try aknaybar soap but I personally feel that Dove is far better.
After passing stool washing hands with Microshield hand wash (not same as hand rub) should suffice and you need not wash twice or use hand rub. This includes the assumption that you adhere to the 5 step hand wash procedure. If not, just google out for it. A second layer of protection would not be needed.

hello sir, i got the answer and cleared my first doubt regarding dove soap. But not that much cleared for proper hygiene. as i can understand you were saying wash hands either with soap or microshiled hand rub . one is enough Is that so ? or else ? so can i just use pears soap for washing hands after passing stools?some doctors suggested dettol hand wash and also mentioning Chlorhexidine wash for infected ppl not normal ppl . But i don't think so dettol hand wash does proper cleaning . Is it correct? Does dettol hand wash good? How about protekt/ pamolive hand wash? sorry to bother you that i am putting all doubts in just a simple question b'coz different doctors have different opinions and say different answers on cleaning hands after using toilet. one of doctors said soap is better instead of hand wash (liquid soap). This is what the reasoning that i want to know the effective way of cleaning. Could you plz explain in clearly and may i know what is your choice i mean how you clean hands after using toilet ?

Okay doctor. Could you tell me what is the main ingredient in dettol hand wash for cleaning hands . I mean actually how to choose hand wash & on what ingredient based?

As such all handwashes contain detergent and that can lyse bacterial cell membrane. So technically any hand wash should suffice. However, chlorhexidine is known to be good.
