Hello. I Am 31 Yr Old Female And I Sort

Question : Hello. I am 31 yr old female and I sort of twisted my knee or felt a pop in my knee about 2 weeks ago...now I notice it feels a little tighter like it’s swollen but my husband and mom state that it does not look swollen to them at all...when I actually measure it, it measures the same as theotherleg... slightly achey at times when walking and sometimes feels an ache or pain/like cramp in that calf/leg area but not painful and looks like maybe a little purple in color(but I feel like these are spider veins)...can sort of fell a small dime size lump right below the skin like a fatty deposit or something...I will attach pictures so you can see, but just want to make sure this is nothing serious?! I take citalopram 20 mg daily, Vit B12 1000 mcg chewable daily or every other day, prenatal gummies, and sometimes excedrin (which I have taken pretty often like 1-2 tablets once daily with missing some days over the past 3 or 4 weeks or so)
