You can use it.

Intra red sauna is contraindicated (cannot be used) in the following: (1) pregnancy
(2)hemphilia (bleeding disease)
(3)fever
(4)alcohol/alcohol abuse
(5)insensitive to heat (then won't know if heat is too much)
