Brief Answer:
Vaccines are for prevention...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Vaccines don't treat warts. It's used to prevent warts and cancer.
Current warts are treated with imiquimod cream or by freezing techniques. I'd suggest treating with freezing technique done by dermatologist.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.
Regards

Brief Answer:
you may take the vaccine...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
You may take the vaccine to prevent the progress of infection. However it is important to know if the lesions you have are indeed a wart or common skin tags. Your local doctor/dermatologist will be able to identify it.
If they are warts, then the vaccine would benefit you. But if they are skin tags, you should get your blood sugar checked.
Diabetes and insulin resistance are the most common reasons why one has multiple skin tags. It is prudent to control blood sugars if you wish to stop development of new skin tags.
Tieing a thread and drying it up is one means of removing warts/skin tags. But this process will cause prolong pain. I don't recommend to patients.
Hope I am clear. If you have any questions, I will be free to answer.
