Question : Hello I am a 47 year old women I usually take vitamin c every other day around 4 but today I took it at 7 pm can I have ice cream or milk with cereal ?

Hi thank you one more question I have a headache I would like to take a tylnol before bed would this be ok to take if I took the vitamin c at 7 also I took Tylenol 11/30 pm last night and again one at 9:30 this morning can I safely take another one before bed

Tylenol (or other paracetamol containing drugs) can be used with vitamin C without any anticipated problems. The recommended maximum dosage of paracetamol is up to 1000mg (1gr) every 6 hours. In your case more than 6 hours have passed, therefore there is no problem to take another pill...
