I am a kidney donor and have recently done a blood test. My creatinine in serum is elevated should I be concerned?

Hello,
I already reviewed the attached reports.
The creatinine in serum and uric acid level are slightly elevated.
The other parameters are normal.
The high creatinine level and uric acid level are related to high protein intake.
So, I suggest to avoid keto diet for a while.
I suggest to have a fiber rich diet, which should contain fruits and vegetables.
I also suggest to drink a lot of liquids.
