I am attaching an image of my eye.
For the last two days, my right eye's right side was red and I was filling little but uncomfortable while blinking my eyes.
Today, redness is reduced, but still feeling some sting(not sure about an exact word, it's like something is paining) while blinking. So thought to click a picture and found some white pimple or something inside the eye.
Please suggest some me what to do, should I see a doctor immediately?

It looks like a lipodermoid cyst and it needs removal by a good occuloplastic surgeon . it is due to deposition of adipose tissue around connective tissue and it will require removal of the cyst .
