I wanted to give an update I did go see my gp she said as soon as she touched me it was all tender and is running blood tests to check my inflammation levels today I seem to get pinch like nerve pain inner left sturnum and pain like inner right sturnum again no breathing issues other than me panicking once again ur expert advice is well received and needed here as to if this is till muscle related or cardiac

Thank u so much u expertise and patience is well received and wanted again I am following through with Advil ans hot packs I now also feel it in my upper back I have a mesage scheduled for next wed but will see if I can get one sooner ...
