Question : Hello, I am experiencing head and facial pressure, body shakes, body weakness and all I want to do is sleep. Should I seek immediate help
Brief Answer:
Consider flu first.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to 'Ask a Doctor' service.
I have read your query and here is my advice.
I think that you should measure your body temperature first because these symptoms may be linked to the impending flu for example.
If this is correct, then you can use Tylenol, a lot of fluids and you should rest.
If your condition worsens, or there is no fever, do get evaluated by your Doctor.
Hope you found the answer helpful
Let me know if I can assist you further.

There is no fever and i have tested negative for the flu.
Brief Answer:
In such a case, other conditions need to be considered.
Detailed Answer:
Okay, but I still don't think there is an emergency.
However, get evaluated by your Doctor in order to understand your condition better.
Other conditions to consider are sinusitis, stress, and stress-induced disorders, etc.
Hope this helps.
