Question: Hello I am experiencing what I believe to be covid symptoms, and am not sure if I should go to the emergency room or not. My symptoms are body aches, headache, dizziness, and a little chest pain.

Welcome and thanks for your query.
Covid 19 can present with varying symptoms but the commonest are fever, sore throat, cough, chest discomfort , loose motions, muscle pains and tiredness.
If you had close contact with some one proven to have COVID, then your symptoms can be due to covid even though they are atypical. If you have not had a contact, then you could probably wait and see if you are developing any typical symptoms.
In the meanwhile wear a mask, wash your hands with soap or use a sanitizer and keep social distancing of 6 feet.
