                                            Question : Hello! I am having severe back pain after some sports (biking). When I rest, it improves. When I move around, it feels worse. I am supposed to on a long trip to Poland in two days. Do you think I should try to push through the pain and go on the trip or would it be advisable to remain home and get some rest instead? Thank you for your insights.

The severe back pain can increase on long trip. It is better to stay at home and take rest. Doing a hot compress and mild pain killer will also help. You can also spray a local analgesic gel for relief. Doing the back strengthening exercises after the pain subsides will help.
