Hello I Am Having Severe Headache On Left Side Starting

Question : Hello
I am having severe headache on left side starting from nose back of my left eye left temple and now its spreading to my left upper jaw.
It get worst during night and when I try to lie down.
I have been taking paracetamol for five days now but its not improving.
Sometimes its on and off. Like whole day I wont feel anything and then suddenly it wl start and i will move around a lil bit it will go away on its own.
Please suggest what it is and what medication I can take.
I am ten weeks pregnant also.
Please help me as its really making my life miserable.

I have read your queries.
Did you have any cough and cold? It could just be sinus problem. Do you have any history of migraine headaches?

Since the symptoms have not subsided with paracetamol, please consult ENT surgeon. If the ENT examination is normal and if you still have the headache, you need to consult Neurologist too to find out the cause of headache.

Hello doctor
I had sneezing, but no cough. Only v light flu.
I have history of migraines. But whenever i used to have attack i always took two panadol tabs and am good to go.
I tried to take to appointment with ENT and got it for 20 Sep. but this pain is killing me sp at night.
Plz suggest some medicine that at-least I could get some relief.

It probably is migraine attack.
It is not safe to prescribe any medicine without examination. You can take another dose of Panadol.
Please go to the emergency department for examination and treatment.

Hello
I went to ER and they prescribed amoxicillin 500mg two times a day for 5 days for sinus infection.
I am 10 weeks and 5 days pregnant. I am scared to take antibiotic?
Plz suggest if this medicine is really safe to take in pregnancy?
