Question : Hello, I am taking 30 mg Latuda twice a day for schizoaffective disorder, 100 mg of Luvox once a day for OCD and anxiety, 5 mg of propranolol twice a day for tachycardia, and 5 mg of trintellix once a day for depression. At first the trintellix was helping me but today five days after starting it, I am feeling more depressed. Do you think this will get better? And can I stop it cold turkey since I've only taken it for five days if I wanted to stop it or do I have to taper off of it?

You should wait for few more days to see response of Vortioxetine or Trintellix. It’s common to see slight worsening of symptoms when the drug is started. No need to get worried about this. The symptoms will get better with time.

You can stop drug cold turkey without tapering because you have taken this for only five days. No need to make taper of doses.
