Question : Hello, I am worried about a dental abscess between my middle bottom teeth. I took a picture as best as I could. Don’t know if it is one or not. Have not had any pain or anything.

I have read your query and understand your concern. As far as dental abscess is concerned it can be due to periodontal problem (gum infection) or due to caries (decayed tooth).

Can you upload the picture of abscess in upload section so that i will give you proper diagnosis and treatment plan.

Inmeantime i will suggest you to few measures -

- Do warm saline rinses 2 to 3 times a day .
- Do chlorhex mouthwash once daily.
- You can take medicine like cap. Amoxicillin CV twice daily with Analgesic like Ketrol Dt or Zerodol SP twice daily. One multivitamin once daily by consulting with local doctor.
