Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear

After going through the medical details provided by you I would like to tell you that you have very well controlled your cholesterol levels with the help of dietary modifications and daily exercises.

LDL is a bad cholesterol which is known to promote the risk of cardiovascular disease. Now the ideal recommendation for ldl level is that it should always be less than 100 to achieve low cardiovascular risk profile. Yours is 65 which is actually great as per latest AHA recommendations. So there is nothing to worry about.

Just maintain healthy lifestyle routine and enjoy healthy life.

Kind Regards

Brief Answer:
Hello again

Detailed Answer:
The ideal recommendations for HDL levels are between 40-60 mg/DL. You can improve hdl levels by manipulating your diet with these healthy dietary changes

1. Use extra virgin olive oil in food.
2. Have some nuts daily.
3. Eat fish at least twice a week.
4. High fibre fruits.
5. Whole grains.

These dietary products will help increase hdl.

Kind Regards
