Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service
I have gone through your query and it seems to be balanitis.
I need to ask you a few questions:
Do you have diabetes or any other ailments?
Did you take any antibiotics or medication prior to the eruption of your symptoms?
Are you sexually active?
If yes is your partner having complaints of vaginal discharge and itching?
If possible, kindly upload the pictures of the affected area so that I can have a clearer picture of the condition and can guide you accordingly.
Kindly revert with the answers and pictures.
Regards
Dr. Asmeet

I do not have diabetes nor have been taking any antibiotics. I did take 2 Aleve the night before all of this started. I have had a couple spots on my back and a few on my chest that have been red and itchy as well, but nothing like the penis. I have had sex with my wife, be it that was last week or the week before and she has not said anything about any discharge or itching. I would like to know what I could do or take to help the pain now. It hurts to touch and if anything rubs against it. It has happened a couple times before, but seems to be little to no indication or warning. Thank you for your help.
Brief Answer:
Looks like fixed drug eruption
Detailed Answer:
According to your history and after reviewing the pictures it seems to be fixed drug eruption which is a type of drug reaction to Aleeve ( Naproxen ).
I would recommend you to take antibiotic like tablet cephalexin 500 mg twice daily, antihistaminic like tablet chlorpheniramine maleate 4 mg twice daily, oral steroid like tablet prednisone 20 mg once daily and apply topical antibiotic and steroid combination cream like fusidic acid and mometasone furoate cream on the affected areas twice daily for 7 days.
These medicines will resolve your problem.
These are prescription medicines and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
