Question : Hello,
I gave my 4 year old an extra paracetamol dose by mistake.. I gave him 500mg per dose twice with a 4 hour interval is this dose toxic?

Lethal dose of paracetamol is very high and 500 mg of paracetamol twice does not cause any problem.
As of now no additional treatment is required.
A liver function test may be done to make sure that everything is fine.
Ask her to drink plenty of water.
