Question : Hello
I had a flu around July 17th 2020. I got my Covid RTPCR done a week after and that was negative. Last week, I got my Covid antibody done and that was negative as well. My chikungunya results were negative as well
I am still experiencing joint pains across my body - they are floating, but knees and fingers are regular. I do have Combiflam's SOS.
From what I have heard, the post viral joint pains are common in XXXXXXX But do they last this long? should I switch to some other medications? I spent the first 28 years of my life in XXXXXXX and this has not been a post flu symptom ever.

Brief Answer:
hi yes it is possible
Detailed Answer:
hi
sometimes these may be post viral and sometimes they trigger pains and inflammation secondary to inflammatory arthritis.
if the symptoms are still persisting I think you will need to get tested for RA, these are RA factor, Anti CCP. test also to see if there is inflammation by doing esr , crp.
these will help us find out the cause of the arthritis.
please also take supplements for calcium and vitamin D.
