Question : Hello I had a prostatitis 2 years ago, my urologist never found any bacteria by I took several antibiotics even so. Since then I have random balanitis crisis. Yesterday I started having icthing on my penis and when I checked it was full of small red pimples/bumps, with redish areas, it's not the first time and it usually goes away in 2 or 3 days, but this time it's worse. I don't have pain. I have been taking amoxiciline for 8 days now, for a tooth infection. Is this a reaction to the AB, trush, herpes or something else?
Brief Answer:
It could be related to the antibiotic
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
It certainly could be related to the antibiotic, especially if it fits time wise with the onset of symptoms. Do you experience any discharge? Pain urinating? Have you tried a mild corticosteroid cream? Or had a swap from your penis for yeast infection?
Looking forward to hearing from you.

I have only been applying a moisturizing cream for gentle and atopic skin, nothing else. I believe is a bit better since morning. The last picture I sent was taken in the morning. I don't have pain or bruning urinating or discharge that I can notice, nor stains in my underware, but I am very worried it could be some std, I recieved unprotected oral sex from a woman some time ago. Also I don't know if it is a yeast infection, I haven't got the means to test it.
Brief Answer:
Wait and watch
Detailed Answer:
I suggest wait and watch. STD from a once only oral intercourse is unlikely. If it gets worse, see your doctor.
