Question: Hello I had an anal abscess lanced 4 weeks ago today I have discharge with little blood is that normal is because I was sitting on a hard chair or is it still healing

Thanks for the query.
Slight bleeding is quite common after perianal abscess drainage. Nothing much to worry and it will settle by itself.
As of now clean the area with soap and water, if there is tissue break topical antibiotics like mupirocin can be given.
If you feel any induration or pus collection an ultrasound may be required to look for recurrence.
If symptoms persist better to consult a general surgeon and get evaluated.
