Question : Hello, I had some shortness of breath symptoms (pre-covid crisis) and it was determined I have PVCs.

I am a 55 year old, otherwise healthy, runner.

Most concerning to me is my Aortic root numbers have increased from 36mm to 42mm in a 2 year period.

What should I be doing? Thank you.

Hello

After going through the medical query raised by you I can understand your concern but before proceeding ahead I would like to ask you few things

1. Are you diabetic or do you smoke ?
2. Need to see both of your previous echo reports to look for aortic regurgitation and other parameters.
3. Any history of chest discomfort or pain during recent past.
